Mindful of the ground , on a fast horse who could probably win a sprint finish, probably wanted to teach him to jump amongst and behind horses, and not wanting a hard race. Not his fault the horse went wrong. Hopefully he can be saved.
Well, the winner almost lost his footing at the last. The only obstacle jumped at proper speed. A very unsatisfactory race and I really feel bad for connections.
Unbeaten horse with the biggest engine in racing and just like the other stable mate it has problems jumping a hurdle at a slower pace. It hit the 3rd from home with it’s hind legs and got the catastrophic injury…..Hard to judge the race off that , he won that’s all you can ask and that def wasn’t run to his advantage , I imagine there’s a huge chance Lossiemouth now goes to the Champion , disaster for Henderson
Sorry, but it’s not the horses that seem hesitant to me, it’s rather the jockey. NDB will lose all his confidence today.
Some of the comments in the last few minutes are questionable, to say the least.
At least the initial news regarding Sir Gino is positive.
