An exciting driving finish that wouldn’t have been any better if the jockeys were allowed to hammer away with the whip I think.

Corach Rambler is one of those horses who knows exactly where the wire is and he was reaching his neck out for it in the final stride. No hammering needed.

It’s over 2 hours ago and I’m still not over Fastorslow not getting there …. Rambler does look a but of a freak , he was looking all over the place yet still won

Not sure Corach Rambler is the best horse to use in the whip debate. He strikes me as a bit of a quirky horse who would not find a yard for a tap.
