    Turf Legends in the 5.15 at Hereford and Inventor in the 5.25 at Aintree – both fatally injured. RIP in that great green grass horse heaven in the sky. <!– s:( –>:(<!– s:( –>

    Sad loss of two young horses … Turf Legends was PU after only one hurdle.

    RIP both of them, very sad.
    I saw Turf Legend being pulled up very quickly but did not realise it was that bad. When Inventor got up I thought "great!", then realised it wasn’t great at all.
    There were some really horrible falls today, specially in the Foxhunters, and we were very lucky not to lose more of our brave, beautiful horses.

    sad news about the losses thought there hadn;t been any at aintree today, soo sad to hear this, in last race

    Poor Inventor – I too thought great, hes up then realised he couldnt walk and will never forget the way he watched the other horses running off and wasnt able to go with them. Heartbreaking.
    up til then i was watching the race and thinking what a good day it has been with no fatalities – shame it didnt end that way. RIP you poor beautiful horse :cry:
