Very poor record in this, but had Midnight River as long term fancy, so had an early bet. Far from impressive this season, back from a layoff, but back to last winning mark, and I think he’ll come here.

Stablemate Panic Attack heading here according to Skelton, and I really like her, but I’m hoping she goes Mares Chase, where I’d have her way ahead of anything heading there, and want my 66’s to come in lol

    Others of interest……

    Riaan
    Seddon
    Thecompanysergeant
    Torn and Frayed

……but I’ll stick with the the one definitely

    Midnight River 25’s NRNB

Conflated and Riaan added on the day

Theatre Man is interesting as he’s 5lb lower than when he fell last year when 10/3 favourite.16/1 looks tempting.
Riaan is well in and sprawled on landing last year but I don’t think he quite stays.
Credibly must be on the shortlist and like VTC Midnight river has to be watched.

I’m going with class and the top two in the handicap, Conflated is taking a big drop in class and the fact he’s here and not the cross country make me think he’s got a chance , Ginnys Destiny hasn’t delivered this season but again this is a drop in class

Another race I can’t get to grips with. I’ve had a couple small go’s on Ginnys Destiny and Gemirande. Condition should suit the pair and the former could be chucked in on his best form.

He must have been at least a stone well in, GM. ;-)

But to be fair to young Jonjo, that was a good ride given he must have been affected by the loss of Springwell Bay earlier.
