    Knocked down to Paul Nicholls. Rated 149 got to be aimed at the Grand National methinks.

    Anyone know which owner PN bought him for?

    Currently trading upper 30’s on BF for the National.

    He’ll only be 7 next year. Wouldn’t it be better to aim him at races such as the Hennessy and the Welsh National?

    RP reports today the buyer is Chris Giles from Esher. He has been with Paul about a year,and owns Red Harbour and a few youngsters.

    I agree with yeats. Think the price paid is more than the horse’s potential. The horse does have potential but there’s not a great deal of room for manouvre before he would have to hump huge weight or come up against Kauto Star etc.

    Time will tell.
