I’m still gutted that we wont get to see Big Bucks go for a fifth straight title and can only hope that in 12 months time we will be looking forward ot seeing him again at the festival.

Wide open this one for me. I still have my doubts over Oscar Wiskey and will be taking him on (hopefully with a run) with a potential dark horse from Ireland.

    WORLD HURDLE

    I toyed with putting up

    Whatuthink

at 100/1 but it requires too much of a stretch in imagination to see him winning.

    Oscar Whisky

is a worthy favourite and on better ground I think he’ll reverse form with

    Reve De Sivola

    .

    Solwhit

ran respectably first time out behind

    Bog Warrior

and if he comes on again I think he’ll be in the frame. Bog Warrior will probably only travel if the ground is soft, in which case he’d have a good chance.

    I backed

    Monksland

in last year’s Neptune where I thought he was a bit disappointing. There doesn’t seem to be a lot between the Irish horses but Zaidour may represent the best value of them at 33/1.

If Quevega runs she’ll hose up imo….but

Dynaste is a worthy favourite but given that he’s now 5/2 in a race where Feltham winners have a dreadful record I’ll go for a bigger price selection.

If Hadrians Approach can brush up his jumping then he could go close to giving Henderson another victory in the race.

    RSA – Hadrians Approach 2pts win @ 25/1 (various)

I have no problem with Darlan tipsters changing their selections if others don’t either.

    RSA Chase

I’m a Boston Bob man but he needs to run in the Moriarty this weekend to cement my confidence.

There’s a horse I really like in this who I’m confident can take a place at least and he’s available at 40/1. He got a mother and father of a fall last time out but looked very useful in his Beginners Chase. He made jumping errors when he chased home Back In Focus but if he had jumped cleanly there wouldn’t have been much in it. He was cruising when he fell last time and at 40/1 cannot be ignored.

    Arkle – 2pts win Simonsig
World Hurdle – 2pts win Monksland at 7-1 Paddy Power ( due to uncertainty over OW )
RSA – 2pts win Boston Bob at 6-1. I think Dynaste is a winter horse and Boston Bon will beat him in the spring. Brindisi Breeze was underrated last season, including by Ruby Walsh.

Would like to see Rocky Creek run in the RSA but the vibes are good he’ll appear at this years Festival at all.

I’ll go for another Nicholls horse, seems to be some confidence behind him at the moment and with the jolly too short and worth taking on and not yet having been convinced by BB….

    Unioniste 12/1, 2 pts (Ladbrokes)

Unless things change in the next two week, it looks like on of the weakest RSA’s i can remember.

How can the two biggest yards in England only have a couple of nominal entries between them ?

Just pick horses for the Gold Cup, QM Chase, Champ hurdle, Arkle, World Hurdle and RSA Chase so far. Name a price that is available at the time.

As someone has already pointed out, this is probably one of the weakest renewals i can remember of this race….i’d say 3/4 will turn out to be top class, if that.

Really need Boston Bob to see a racecourse before March, I dont think that single run will be enough under his belt. However, i think he’s the real class horse in the race. Also got a feeling Dynaste will be heading for the Jewson.

    Boston Bob 2pt Win @ 7/1 (ladbrokes)
