Decent winner for Andrew today, with Value At Risk giving a good return at Fairyhouse.
Value At Risk 23.20
March 29, 2016 at 18:24 #1240275Another winner for Rob today, with Gully’s Edge scoring at Hexham.
Gully’s Edge 12.4
April 7, 2016 at 14:53 #1241209What a performance from Cue Card today, and he landed the first of todays Bonus Races, for 4 of you, including our runaway leader Roosterbooster. He also scored for Fantastic Fair Along, Peter, and he was a good sub for Red Rum 77. Don Poli scored consolation points for 10 of you.
Can Roosterbooster be caught? Well those following will be hoping he doesn’t have any more Bonus Race winners. Unfortunately he also has Annie Power, who scored for Rooster, and 11 others. My Tent Or Yours picked up 12 Bonus Points for TAPK.
Cue Card 51.8
Don Poli 12
Annie Power 51.3
My Tent Or Yours 12April 10, 2016 at 10:31 #1241923Well none of us landed the big one yesterday, but the big guns Yorkhill, Douvan, and Thistlecrack, all got you plenty of points.
I don’t want to put a fork in the comp, and I’m sure Rooster doesn’t want me jinxing him, but he looks hard to catch now. Some fight for second spot though, so plenty to play for.
There will also be a third place prize now, with a choice of £10 Racing Post Voucher, or a cheque for same amount.
Douvan 26.2
Thistlecrack 26.4
Yorkhill 26.4April 15, 2016 at 18:48 #1242504Gullys Edge scored today at Ayr, and looks another decent dark horse from Rob.
Gullys Edge 15.20
April 21, 2016 at 17:26 #1243105Townshend got points on the board today for Rob, and Boz.
Townshend 11.60
April 21, 2016 at 19:38 #1243126Townshend got points on the board today for Rob, and Boz.
Townshend 11.60
Thank Goodness! If that hadn’t won I’d have given up hope!
Hopefully Sandy can finally coax a win out of Seldom Inn.
April 24, 2016 at 12:34 #1243524With no runners tomorrow, only 5 days to go now, so best of luck this week at Punchestown guys, especially all of you in the pack chasing Rooster.
Menorah was a good winner for Nathan, and Sprinter continued to prove a great transfer for Peter.
RedRum77 landed the bonus race with his star horse The Young Master.
Good returns guys, well done.
April 26, 2016 at 19:49 #1243687Good sub by Blunkett, as Zabana landed the big race at Punchestown today.
Zabana 29.4
April 27, 2016 at 18:43 #1243753The race for second place took a step closer with Rocky landing a valuable few points, courtesy of Bellshill, who also scored for Nathan & Blunkett. Rocky remains clear of BigG & Jamie, and with all 3 having Douvan tomorrow, it should now run on to the last couple of days. Best of luck guys.
No winner of The Bonus Race, but Djakadam nabbed 12 points for a few of you.
Irish Cavalier landed a good few points for Tonge & Zam
Bellshill 27.50
Djakadam 12
Irish Cavalier 32.90April 28, 2016 at 18:23 #1243843Douvan lands the points today for many of you, but having him as star horse pushes Dac into 4th Place. He also scored double points for Seven Towers.
Interesting bonus race tomorrow, and a victory for Vroum Vroum Mag will see Jamie sneak into third.
April 29, 2016 at 17:49 #1243911Vroum Vroum Mag won the last bonus race of the season, and she’s been one of the highest earners this year.
Vroum Vroum Mag 51.70
Running Saturday 30th April at Punchestown

Limini1735
Anibale Fly
The Romford PeleRocky will be hoping to go out with a bang with Limini, to complete a memorable and profitable season for him.
I’m pleased to say after all these months, that the top 3 won’t be finalised until the last day. Third place will go right down to the wire, and will hinge on how Anibale Fly gets on for Dac. Good luck to Dac and Jamie tomorrow…….and you as well Pat with The Romford Pele.
April 30, 2016 at 14:28 #1244113Thanks VTC. Done a great job and et your relived it’s almost all over.
Also well done rooster, solid picksApril 30, 2016 at 18:06 #1244132Very Very well done to Roosterbooster, who romped it, with some very inspired picks, and he was a very worthy winner. Congratulations Rooster, and £300 will be on it’s way to you soon.
Rocky91 had a great season on the punting front, and he’s in the money again, after a very good performance here. £50 on it’s way to you Rocky.
What a finish for third place, and Jamiedb9007, just held on from Dactylographer. Dac had Anibale Fly winning, but the Tote return was crucial, and Jamie just held on. Well done Jamie, and fantastic effort Dac.
Some great performances in behind too with BigG, Cormack, and Goodfellow all making the top 10, along with last years Top 2, Goldie & Hot Fuss. Big mention to Nathan Hughes, who is more of a flat man, but did superbly here with his jumopers. Just missing out on the top 10 was Pat123, who went agonisingly close in the last race with The Romford Pele.
Many many thanks to all those who contributed to The Prize Fund, namely…………
BigG
Inthestream
Nathan Hughes
Nenni
Red Rum 77
Rob North
The Ante-Post Kingit is very much appreciate by myself, and I’m sure everybody else who took part.
Last but not least, the biggest thanks goes to Aaronizneez. Invaluable IT assistance, and I can assure you, he’s got the patience of a saint. I’ve not had it confirmed, but word on the street is he’s very keen to help out next season as well. All joking aside, many thanks Lee.
Hope you all enjoyed it, and I hope to see every one of you back next season for more.
In the meantime, I’m looking forward to a break from it all, time to put the feet up.

Holywell 6.0April 30, 2016 at 18:39 #1244136Well done to Roosterbooster, as well as the others in the money.
Well done to VTC for organizing the comp.
It was a pleasure to help donate the prize money.
The best things in life are free.
But you can give them to the birds and bees.April 30, 2016 at 20:37 #1244141Super competition Bobby, thank you very much for all the hard work it must be, you are a star.
Don’t think I’m any good at either flat or jumps Bob but nice of you to say. I really enjoyed the jump season, didn’t lose much overall but needed UDS to win at Cheltenham for a proper pay out. Highlight for me was Black Hercules winning at Chelters, I told my brother he couldn’t lose the day he fell and so we went in again on him at Cheltenham, was shouting at the tv and going loopy.Well done Roosterbooster on winning this, no competition on this forum is easy to win with the level of knowledge on and they all provide different challenges, I think in this one you have to try and think well ahead of the game and find a monster of a NAP.
Bob if Gordon can sort my prize addition out for you I will give it him at Newbury.
