Rik Mayall did a 2010 world cup single as a henry v type……and wasn’t there a "show within a show" bit in the young ones that had him appearing on blue peter to explain how he ended up with that badge of theirs on his lapel?
if that doesn’t work, how about:
Lulu the blue peter elephant, whose segment was replayed within the young ones, and who then went on to play football in the video to a 2010 world cup song ?
