If TRF would like to make a special award for courage this year, I’d happily contribute to a trophy. My nominee would be Kayley Woolacot for the bravery she’s shown in exposing so much of her own pain and anguish in the hope of helping others with mental health problems.
Hopefully not too late but may I nominate Mark Enright for hero for his part also in removing the stigma of mental health by candidly sharing his own story.
