Ginge don’t you think Aiken’s going to need some more rain for tomorrow, he’s only won once on good ground in his career. Last time out Gosden withdrew him at Newmarket as the ground was G/F. and it will be his first run this year, could happen again
JacMay be only won once on "officially Good" ground Jac.
But he’s just as good on good as is soft. It’s a good sign that Gosden has been willing to withdraw Aiken if he feels the ground is not good enough. If it does dry up at least I’ll get my money back, but times on Friday suggest no firmer than good and a band of rain is due to strike the course around 2:00 pm tomorrow. Though that time seems to be getting later.Chance of most of my Saturday bets would be enhanced by at least a bit of give underfoot.

You should have been on Dancealot Ginge because at Newmarket that so called rain came in at exactly 3.00pm and went at 3.20 and the sun came out again, don’t know how you faired at Newbury but on the screens from Newmarket it looked pretty dry..Disastrous day for me today at Newmarket and my few away bets but a few hopefuls for Sunday to hopefully stop my slide back into oblivion.
