I have to admit I was impressed today by the performance. Looks all class.
Then a little while later I watched Order of St George win the Irish St Leger in the manner of a super horse.
It would be interesting if they supplemented him for the Arc, because then it would be an awesome match and if Golden Horn pitched up it would be truly a race to savour.
I am not a flat fan but that would be like Annie Power, Faugheen and Hurricane Fly all in the same Champion Hurdle.
A race to remember for ever and tell your grand kids about.September 13, 2015 at 22:54 #1205265Although won the Arc last year (trainer had poorer strike rate than usual) Treve’s form wasn’t as good as 2013.
Now the real Treve is back.

I said in Leading Light’s year that he wouldn’t have the pace and I feel Order Of St George is very much in the same mould.
Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.
September 14, 2015 at 15:39 #1205923A truly remarkable racehorse . Treve emphasised , as if we needed convincing , how great she is.
It’s not being clever to say that she will , again , take all the beating in the Arc –
and by doing so create history .Gambling Only Pays When You're Winning
