Surely Snowy Morning, who is receiving weight from his main rivals, is a certainty to win? Currently priced at 7/4, is it too long a price?

December 31, 2009 at 19:49 #266762Agree with you about Snowy Morning at the weights BUT a lot of Mullins’ horses aren’t running to form
December 31, 2009 at 20:16 #266769One cool cookie comes out ahead in a couple of respects for me. The Fonze looks to be the place lay of the day, also in that race.
January 1, 2010 at 11:51 #266864Snowy Morning has a history of getting beat in small field conditions chases going right-handed.
The Fonze likes Tramore and although he would prefer better ground is reasonably priced at around 8’s.January 1, 2010 at 12:24 #266876

Snowy Morning is up against it on this ground (his Limerick hurdle win was against horses he should have picked up and carried, at the weights), and I’d much rather have One Cool Cookie in the prevailing conditions.
