There’s a ‘post reply’ button at the bottom of the thread.

If you mean PM’s, then if you enter the message that has been sent to you, then there should be a reply button at the bottom.

Apparently the software that the forum was using is no longer supported.

Some kind of a Darwinian exercise to get rid of the dead wood apparently. Doesn’t seem to have succceeded.

The old forum software was outdated but could’ve been updated, however maybe Corm chose to try something new, IMO an updated old forum would still be better than this one.

There is still lots wrong with this forum and there are still many HTML errors.

Corm is on the case but it seems to be taking and age to get it all sorted, I’m fed up having to use the scroll bars to read the threads.

Hopefully it’ll all be sorted very soon.

phpbb (the ‘new’ form) is the now stock-standard for online forums. It’s like all forums conversing in the same language. Give it time, don’t put the technological shutters down, and I’m sure it will be completely fine in no time flat.

Can anyone remember when decimalisation came in? No of course not.
My Dad changed my pocket money from half a crown to Ten New Pence over night.
But I got over it.

I`m sure this is not Corms full time job.
Someone wrote on a thread about the new layout last week words to the effect of "what are they doing?" as if this was the Times on line.

The changes are different, but if this was the old forum and they replaced it with the blue one people would yearn for the red one.
Its going to take a bit of getting used to, some fine tweaking but I think its great and I`ve started to post winners as well.

Dont worry Gamble your etchings will reappear one day.
