i did go through the cards of both N.H. meetings today, anf the only one that really stands out on every form is thursdays knight in the first at plumpton.he has the best form on offer, trainer john best has a nearly 30 % strike rate on the course, will go on the ground, plus the 2 main rivals dont start…alright, you might never know, how the 2 lightly raced horses progress, especially nick giffords horse, trainer is in good form now,but for me,john bests horse is the value in this race.if he really is about 3-1 or a bit less, take it,guys!!but i suppose, with the main rivals not running,he might well pay lessfor the other races:not too many form horses about,so i am happy to have my favourite jockeys and trainers to rely on,if it gets too difficult to choose(f.e. emma lavelle, andythornton and so on…
good luck,guys

November 3, 2008 at 18:55 #187733Hi Andy
Sorry mate I only saw your post a few minutes before the off and didn’t have enough time to think about it
I was on it in spirit though
the next race at plumpton looks quite open with some "dark horses" competing, but i think, alderluck will run very well,as he won very well last season on this course(with my friend andy thornton on board..).as i said before, nick giffords horses have hit some form now,and if he can handle the ground and is fit enough to do himself justice, hes a valuable bet.and there was a lot of similarity, speed concerning,to his father alderbrook, when he won.but i will keep it to small stakes,as there is too much guessing involved..good luck

November 3, 2008 at 20:30 #187743i think, quartz de monceau has a good chance now.his novice hurdles form was against good horses, and and his fencing bow was not too bad either..some eachway value maybe..
good luckandy
