What was the name of that one that was with Nicky Henderson a few years back? Big, strapping 2m chaser, could only go right-handed………..might have raced in Lady Lloyd-Webbers colours…………decent handicapper…………wasn’t the cleverst of jumpers though………………might have had a K in the name??
October 15, 2007 at 18:35 #119653Get Real?
October 15, 2007 at 18:39 #119654Backanal?
October 15, 2007 at 18:42 #119655Nice one DJ – Get Real it was. Not a "K" in sight.
Not sure it was Lady Lloyd-Webber’s now or not, but can see why that might have thrown rory.

If you are rubbishing others’ suggestions, forgive me for pointing out that Greenhope’s biggest career win came in the Grand Annual at the LEFT-HANDED Cheltenham.
October 15, 2007 at 18:45 #119658Don’t think it was owned by the Webbers. The last registered colours of the horse were Mauve and pink (quartered), halved sleeves, hooped cap registered in the name of Pioneer Heat-Treatment.
October 15, 2007 at 18:46 #119659I was just trying to be amusing. You see, what I did was take a horse of the Lloyd Webbers and put a "k" in the middle. It’s a form of genius.
Definitely a two miler? Definitely a K in there? Definitely Nicky H? Definitely not Peaty Sandy?
October 15, 2007 at 18:48 #119661Aye, that rings a bell.
Still, mauve and pink quarters are at least in the ball-park so far as Lady Lloyd-Webber’s are concerned, who colours are well-known to be "Mauve and pink diamonds, pink sleeves, mauve star on cap, butt-ugly husband".
October 15, 2007 at 18:58 #119665Not really where I was headed with this, marb.
I genuinely couldn’t remember Get Real’s name – it wasn’t me setting some sort of test.

Saw him win his debut at York.

October 16, 2007 at 23:58 #119970There’s a interesting Tobougg running tommorow at Wetherby called Starbougg of Keith Reveley’s PPG, worth watching the price I reckin especially at this track!
