April was going quite well up until then but I suppose you have to accept days like this when tipping at big odds. Bergamo was our ‘winner’ but the extra weight told in the end, although he was closing well and would have won over an extra half furlong!
It can only get better!

I’ve decided that as of now, rather than keeping all results on the first page of the thread and/or starting a new thread each month, I will update the results and running totals in a new post each evening (or when I get round to it!) on this thread.
Also, for the ‘overall’ statistics, I have now corrected them to show results accurate for the system since I started posting on 13 April, ie including the 4 selections (one winner @ 13/2) which were ignored and the loser which was included as a result of the bug in my computer program. This only makes a difference to LSP of 4.5 pts but means the totals now show an absolutely accurate picture of system performance.

May 2, 2004 at 10:24 #52834I’ve adjusted the totals above to account for the fact that SuperOdds only paid 28/1 on the 25/1 winner and not 33/1 as I though yesterday (until I looked at my account!)
Only four for today……

May 3, 2004 at 08:37 #52836Hi RichNFord
I have to compliment you. Your system is doing as well as you said it would. I remember posting a short query when you started asking what the system was. I can see now why you are keeping it close to your chest. You said at the start that there will be long losing runs and no doubt they will happen, but your LSP at the moment is outstanding and the LSB would top any tipster’s table (including expensive tipping lines) where there has to be a fair number of selections every day. If this keeps up you will be ‘head-hunted’ by one of these services.
May 3, 2004 at 11:07 #52837Cheers for the high praise Artemis! Always nice to know the hard work is appreciated. Here’s another eight for today, and here’s hoping for another day like Saturday!

May 3, 2004 at 12:49 #52839Hi Rich
Its been quite a long time since I looked in on the forum as have had a break from racing for a few months after a bit of a downturn in luck on a thread I used to post last year :(
However I am very glad I have looked at your thread which is very impressive and could be one to folllow with interest – thanks for sharing your selections.
I do have a question I am hoping you might be able to answer.
1. Do you have a LSP total to SP since you started your system and if so how many points in profit are you? (hopefully a lot :) ) – I have looked through and can’t see it, maybe I missed it.
Good luck, keep up the excellent work. I am working on an odds on laying system which I hope will be ready in about a month and will share with the forum.
May 3, 2004 at 13:53 #52840Hi Rich
Just to clarify – when I asked how many points profit, I mean to include before you started posting in case you thought I meant since you started posting – I think that makes sense :o
Thanks

In answer to your question, Paul, since 1st May last year up to the end of April on Friday (exactly one year), The RNF system produced 243 winners from 1719 selections, an LSP of 658.00 and an LSO of 936.00. I obviously have no figures for LBF but based on actual stats since the start of posting I would guess at about 1725 as average winnings have been roughly 50% better than SP. I didn’t quote these figures any earlier because I knew nobody would believe me!!! (they still mightn’t ;) )
Cheers
