Rule 1 Use the Forecast as an indicator of a horses chance on form.
Rule 2 Find a horse that is a confirmed maiden, "confirmed" in this instance is 0-3 plus. Or find a trainer that is 0 – ** in last 14 days.
There won’t be a bet everyday (I’m not that desperate, yet) and this is totally untried so lets see how desperate this is.

It might be stretching it to say connections are "desperate" to get a win into

Won but I made a pigs ear of the price when the second fav was declared a non runner, my odds being 1/2! Oh well.
