January 18, 2016 at 22:57 #1229977Not sure if it’s the Cheltenham certainty, but my mate was given Min back in August when 50/1 for the Supreme. Mullins and Walsh normally start us of with a bang !!
January 19, 2016 at 07:50 #1229992My brother and I took the MinDouvsFaughs treble before Xmas when under the influence. 39/1 at the time. Now I’m very excited about the prospect of a lovely win off the back of it. And as drunken bets go I’m very pleased with it, as my one before it was for Spurs to win the league
January 19, 2016 at 09:50 #1229999The stable appears to escape any bugs but still think ten winners at the Festival is a very tall order. Eight would be very good. There may not appear to be massive strength in depth against him but it only takes one very good opponent here and there to derail the quest.

It is a tall order Stilvi and like you say it only takes a hot pot to fall or even get beat but I believe the army of horses Mullins has at his disposal is unprecedented,he could have the 123 in both the Champion hurdle and Gold cup such is the strength in depth of the yard.I believe the Mullins army will win ‘The Supreme’,Arkle,Champion hurdle, Mares hurdle,4m Chase, Neptune,Champion chase,Ryanair,Albert Bartlett and Gold cup. They are my 10 major hopes but he can still win several other races too,’Vroum Vroum Mag’ could be a World hurdle mare as could ‘Briars hill’,he also targets the likes of the ‘Martin Pipe race’ ‘Foxhunters’,’County and Triumph hurdles’ and even the odd handicap. If ever there is a year where one man could totally dominate its this year.I have never seen the likes before and intend to capitalise with plenty Mullins Lucky 63’s etc too.
Obviously the hardest part of assessing a Mullins horse is knowing what race he’s targeted for it so these bets on here are basically covering all bases and taking a lot of that Ante-Post pressure off..Admittedly the Odds aren’t brilliant but its a better interest than in the bank.January 19, 2016 at 21:56 #1230075Hi all, being reading for awhile and had to sign up as Cheltenham looms ever closer……god the days are ticking over at a snails pace!!my idea of a banker for the meeting is Ivanovich Gorbatov, still at a tasty 3/1…..Can see this horse going off at quite prohibitive odds on the day so still think there’s value to be had :) aside from his impressive debut over Christmas the quiet murmuring in circles in Ireland are that he’s the “one”!!
January 23, 2016 at 07:29 #1230408Sadly I miss this years festival due to other commitments, but never-less I will be having my pound of flesh on Barters Hill for the Albert Bartlett, also I think a big chance i will take on is Mullin’s Limini who is looking set at present for the Mares Novice Hurdle

January 24, 2016 at 09:03 #1230540Anyone wanting a thrill for 4 days without having to endure the nightmare of which horse runs where in the world of Willie Mullins should take the Willie Mullins to have 10 winners or more at 5/2. At least that way we are cheering everything he runs and not worrying about whether the likes of my banker Black Hercules goes ‘down in trip or up in trip or stays at the same trip (3m)’ as Danny Mullins suggested yesterday.Of course TAPK has taken the 8/1 about this horse winning any race at the festival because thats what I do.I have also taken the Willie Mullins to win 5 or more races on Day 1 at 12/1 now 10/1. and the Willie Mullins to win 4 or more races on Day 1 at 7/2 now 3/1. At least I can honestly say I dont care which of Willies 3 wins the Champion hurdle or his 2 big guns in the ‘Supreme’.Even if ‘Roi des Francs’ beats me in the 4 miler I’ll be happy.Of course I want to see ‘Douvan’ do it in the Arkle and ‘Annie’ to get over the last on 4 legs will help but I reckon willie will have ‘Valseur Lido’ in the 3m handicap too as a bonus.Best of all though is I dont have to worry about the machine Vautour running as he’s a player in everything. No TAPK has definitely found the ‘Certainty of the week wager’ as in 30 yrs of backing horses at Cheltenham I have never seen a stable full of talent like I have this year in Willie Mullins yard.
The closer we get to Cheltenham the fitter Mullins horses get and the shorter the prices for their respective targets, targets we can only 2nd guess and thats why I’m backing him in the win any race markets such is the power of his stable this year. The 5 winners or more on Day one bet is now 8/1 and that could shorten after today and that imo is still outstanding value.
January 24, 2016 at 15:54 #1230582betfair sportsbook are 3/1 on the Mullins 10+ winners
Took me an eternity to find that bet Nath but had to have some of the 3/1 pal.Cheers
Victor Chandler now go an incredibly stingey 6/4 about Mullins getting 10+ winners.Even by his standards thats disgusting. You can get 6/4 about 1 of his winners.
January 24, 2016 at 16:53 #1230592The bookies are going to lose millions during the festival. Ruby is/was 4/11 to be top jockey !!
January 24, 2016 at 17:56 #1230595I’m usually one to be against stuff like the 10+ winners as it really is such a tall order…there’s a long way to go yet and it will be an achievement in itself to get them all to Cheltenham fit and raring to go….1 mishap from one of the shorties from day 1 and bang…how many acca’s are up in smoke..
Looking through though it’s frightening the strength of team Mullins…absolutely frightening! As every week passes one or two win more impressively than you would think and not just that one but others shorten too purely because of the number of them tied in with each other…I’d be pretty sure about 95% of keen horse racing fans who have got antepost bets on for Cheltenham will have at least two of his favourites on the opening day in some kind of bet or other?
I shudder to think the impact for betting on the whole festival should Min win the supreme…it’s a frightening thought for the enemy…providing they all get there fit and well…if they do….ten winners is a formality isn’t it…?..
January 24, 2016 at 23:18 #1230616We are in unchartered territory here. Over all the years contemplating ploughing into shorties, I’ve always been able to draw on concerns that prevent me from going too heavy. However, There are now 5 Mullins horses that just won’t be beaten. I’m really searching for the chinks or the alternatives but they’re not there.
Is this license to print money time?

I started having lucky 15’s and 63’s the day after last years festival finished on Mullins horses for this year ‘Pointer’ and thats where I’m hoping being the King of foresight will pay off. However for as much as we all know that Willie knows exactly where his horses are running at the festival there’s no way he would tell us because if we all knew that there wont be any bookmakers left after this years meeting. What was always going to happen and that is the reason this thread exists is the fact that come Cheltenham all the juice will have been squeezed out of Camp Mullins Oranges and the ‘Value’ seekers will be looking elsewhere to take him on.All the big money is down and some of it at good prices,we just hope now Willie gets them there safely. There are still so many conundrums to contemplate ‘Long Dog’ for one but its been a case of playing the likes of ‘Yorkhill v Bellshill’ ‘Annie Power v Vroum Vroum Mag’ ‘Min v Yorkhill’ ‘Vautour v Don Poli’ ‘Black Herc v Roi des Francs’ ‘Shaneshill v Kilultagh’ etc etc in multiples at the prices thats been available.Multiples from 2 months ago are now worth 50% less at todays prices…..Foresight pays and it will big time at this years festival.
January 25, 2016 at 21:22 #1230744Well I’ve totalled all my Mullins wagers and have come to the conclusion Willie will send out a total of 15 winners at this years Festival. That has therefore required me to place for the first time ever fifteen 8 horse Goliaths (247 bets) with multiple perms and umpteen Super Heinz,Lucky 63/15’s and loads of Accas and e/w singles. This is totally out of character for me but this is going to be a one off year and I’m planning to win my Million. What will take place in the Cotswolds this spring is not going to cause a ripple of concern for Bookmakers but a Tsunami of trouble just like the Day Dettori rode 7 winners, the difference this time though is those with the gift of Foresight can plan ahead and steal prices that wont exist come the day. After Day 1’s 5 winners, all totally predictable although his 2nd string could take the first,Day 2 will see a further 3/4 Winners Neptune,QMCC and Bumper,he could supply a 4th in one of the other 4 races although his RSA horse looks too tricky to call.Day 3 and again its 3/4 winners,JLT,Ryanair,World hurdle with a feasible 4th in the supporting 4 races.I’m pretty confident we will have achieved the 10 Winner bet by now so Day 4 is the day TAPK becomes a Millionaire with another 4 winners,Triumph,Albert Bartlett,Gold cup and Martin Pipe….If I’ve collected £500k by this point and I’m waiting on ‘Vautour’ for the magic Mill I’m afraid my new found loyalty to Cue Card will go out the window

………..You’re officially crazy. I have diagnosed Mullins fever and offer the following prescription:
Take 3 winners, twice a day from 15th to 18th March inclusive. If, after completing the course, your symptoms persist, double up on that.
I don’t do work on the National Wealth, so my invoice will be in the post.
January 26, 2016 at 00:40 #1230770There have been a couple of excellent festivals recently if you have faith in a particular trainer – both Henderson and Mullins with several winners during the week.
I managed to get a few of the Mullins hotshots combined with Aux Ptit Soins and Moon Racer last year and intend to do the same again. I’m hoping Shantou Village is one. The Neptune trial has easily been the most influential race of its type in recent seasons with Neptune and Albert Bartlett winners progressing from it.

These are Crazy times Joe,never seen a time like it and I being related to the Arapaho Indian tribe of North America knows the Spirit of ‘Crazy Horse’ himself is guiding me in my quest to become a Millionaire. Its common knowledge on here my whole year is geared around Cheltenham and its normal practice for me to return a Crazy profit but this year apart from my Crazy idea that Yo horse Cue card will win the Gold Cup theory seen when smoking my Great Uncle Geronimos Peacepipe last October I have concentrated on instead of attacking that Cowboy Mullins tight Union army but befriending him….As my Great Grandfather Sh*tting Bull once said,”Dont Scalp the hand that feeds yo”!!
