Yes you can buy in advance, in fact, it’s probably the only way as tickets will be sold out well before the weekend I would imagine.
I’ve never bought tickets for the Arc personally, but I use the online ticket company ‘Premier Events’ to buy tickets for other big sporting events. They have always been very professional, quick at delivering tickets, and are very reasonable in price.
