    Fact To File 2nd -> won the 2025 Ryanair (G1)
    Captain Teague 3rd -> won the 2023 Challow Hurdle (G1) and the 2023 Persian War (G2)
    Lecky Watson 4th -> won the 2025 Brown Advisory Chase (G1)
    Captain Cody 6th -> won a Fairyhouse Hurdle (G2) in 2024
    Loughglynn 9th -> won a Limerick Hurdle (G2) in 2023
    Favour and Fortune 14th -> won Scottisch Champion Hurdle (G2) in 2024
    Fun Fun Fun 15th -> won multiple races over hurdles and a Mares’ Chase
    Better Days Ahead 16th -> won a Navan G2 Chase and 3rd in the Brown Advisory

    Plus at least half a dozen horses that have won at least one race ore more.
    I wonder what Festival race comes even close to producing that many winners, if you look back at the past 30+ years.

    The winner, A Dream To Share, subsequently won the Grade 1 bumper at Punchestown.

    He was fourth in a maiden at The Curragh today.

    Obviously for the top end the Altior,Min, Bauvear D’air supreme. Decent horses in behind too like supasundae and petit mouchour.

    I’ll always remember War of Attrition and Brave Inca fighting out the finish of the Supreme.

    I suspect most years’ senior novice hurdles contained plenty of future stars.

    Possibly not the Triumph so much with its greater focus on precocious types from off the Flat. 2007 is worth a mention though for producing two Champion Hurdle winners.

    Nicholls could do with some good horses. At the last two Cheltenham festivals he has had 1 winner at each – in handicaps.

    He did have two winners on the Tuesday. At Sedgefield.

    Megan needs to get the chequebook out and start buying some quality.

    A Dream to Share has had strangest career . That run today looks very good over a mile , less than 2 lengths behind Ballydoyle favourite who has bit of form albeit at low level .
    Have they given up on jumps with him .
