Alright Belly?
The system looks good to me a winner on both days so far. It might be a good idea to post up the rules you are using in a list format. I’m sure some of the people on here will give you plenty of help with it.

    You need more than that Belly, thats so vague it just cant work. You’ll end up with far to many selections and very few winners….. To give you an idea to look at, and it’ll take a lot of homework, but why dont you look for your horse that finished 2nd as you said but it only becomes a bet if it finished well clear of the 3rd. Just an idea but it makes a bit more sense….. all the best and keep looking…….

    What I mean belly by using a list format is this,
For example;
Finished 2nd last time out.
Clear of horse placed 3rd by more than 1 length.
Only in races with 8 – 15 runners.
Must be clear 2nd or 3rd favourite in betting forecast.

    The longer the list the fewer selections, personally I like to use 3 or 4 rules.
Hope this clears up what I said, good luck.

    Best of luck Belly….. keep on trying whatever happens mate, its never easy. You may find that you’ll have to increase the distance between 2nd and 3rd on the flat GG’s. What your looking for in a second place horse is that something special that sets it apart from the remainder of the field and I dont think just one length is anything special. Now if you were to say 4 or 5 lengths in front of the following horses, you may be onto something….. only an idea but it sounds good…..

    Thats the only way to get yourself a good system Belly, thats to work at it. I’m sure anyone else on here will help you when you need it cos as sure as God made little apples, somebody has tried it before and can put you straight. what would really help you is if someone on here had RSB, that could shortcut some of your hard work…. Whatever your results, keep going until the end of the month and then take check, don’t give up at the first hurdle. Most of the guys on here have tried hundreds of systems and methods before they’ve landed on something good, sometimes its so illusive, they never find it but they keep on looking. Just like Daz, Matron, Nerdy Dave, Dave Jay, Kersly and me, there’s hundreds of us that keep trying. We get our "knockers" saying that there’s no such thing as a system, but there’s just as many that’ll tell ’em to p*ss off. Cut ’em all some slack Belly, work hard at it, you’ll get a lot from it because even if it aint profitable…. its fun……. :biggrin: :biggrin: :biggrin:
