I backed La Barrosa this morning with PP at 2/1 I am really surprised how quickly the horse shortened, 6/4 is still available but PP 11/10, WH evens, sky bet evens was 15/8 this morning and most other bookies 11/10. 48 hour decs tomorrow and if Cohb is going for the race on Saturday I can see La Barrosa going odds on for Thursday.
La Barrosa 10/11 now with Yazaman the big danger. Very happy with my 2/1. Cohb running Saturday as I expected he would and I had a feeling he would when WH made La Barrosa 5/4 fav while all the other bookies still had Cohb as fav, maybe WH heard something before the other bookies.
Yazaman is an absolute yak
Showed so much promise his first few runs then has been absolutely terrible since
Beaten after 50 yards the last twice
all over La Barrosa here, missed the prices but looks to be very promising, sectionals all matching to his visual performance last time out. Don’t rate either of the 2nd and 3rd favs.

Cheers Frenchy. I was tempted to back Cohb for his race @9/2, now only 5 runners and he 9/4 now. Oh well that’s how it goes.
