So are your a Mountain Breezer, Victorian or more likely on here a Dissenter? The TRF experts must know exactly how good the exposed Mountain Breeze is
O’Brien is so mob-fisted this year that he has decided to the grace the Group 3 with an entry for the first time in Donkeys, but hard to know how much of a target the Sweet Solera is for either stable. Lake Victoria’s maiden success was a good time but I’m not entirely convinced how good a race it was. My hunch is that she may at this stage more of a 6f competitor. So I’ve plumbed for the Rowley and July experienced Mountain Breeze @ 13/8 and hope Dobbo identifies where the pacemaker is early. No doubt there will be an imposter!
August 10, 2024 at 12:03 #1704341Was at York when Elsie’s Ruan won at 22-1 (my wife and son both backed it!). Although this is a much harder race, she was well clear with the favourite and handled by her shrewd trainer, she could well be up to the task.

August 10, 2024 at 22:53 #1704435Looking at the times and back at the race again it looks very much like Dobbs was outjockeyed by Levey who dictated a modest pace and left his rival in a pocket. A more enterprising ride by Dobbs and there would have been very little if anything between them.
