    I saw the first and idnt like it at all….reminds me why i never watch BBc "dramas" anymore…. lightweight sentimental drivel.

    Thank god for HBO with the Wire sopranos and so on….

    its a rip off of Big Deal from the eighties which was excellent and strangely never repeated anywhere. Ray Brooks was perfect as the lead (nice bloke too…drinks near Prufrock in the coach and horse Kew)

    Coogan always comes across as Alan partridge playing another role. I liked Partridge a lot (radio series was a gem), but there is a bit of the "look at me" about his performances which turns me off
