It is common knowledge now that the shinpad hating forward is having another go at the playing side of things but I can announce that he has been in talks with Luton Town today about the chance of linking up with Mike Newell and Mick Harford.
He played for them previously in the 1980’s ? but was ‘forced’ into a transfer over gambling debts.
What will come of it who knows but there you go.

Explain the Gambling debts bit Alcatraz….. sounds interesting!
I guess he needed a signing on fee to enable him to prevent the boys coming round to break his legs?
A certain Palace full back moved to Arsenal allegedly for similar reasons many years ago if I remember correctly.
