    Why Soft Whisper is the 3rd reserve even she had highest rating of the field? Is there any explanation from BHA?

    The race is for 0-105, she is rated 106 but is allowed to run if there isn’t a maximum field, without her.

    I thought that was the case Patrick but I see 2 horses were balloted out, maybe they didn’t wish to be reserves though.

    Can’t see Soft Whisper getting a run.
