    Good luck on Ding lads, definitely in the more favourable half of the draw now, although as we’ve seen there are no givens. Not had anything on the tournament this year but I’d like to see him win it.

    Still plenty of cracking looking matches or potential matches out there to come despite the carnage with the seeded players and former champions.

    One more frame for Ding to wrap up then Hawkins in the QF then either Carter or Williams/Milkins in the Semi’s
    None of those players are walkovers, not by a long stretch but Ding would surely fancy his chances.
