Nothing strong this year
I’d like to see either Wilson or Wenbo go far but probably in more hope than expectation they’d be my biggest winners
Trump looks improved at times but then frustrates again, he’d be a good winner for me
My son likes Ding, so I’ll have to pretend to support him too and put on a few quid just incase

Selby loves the format and should go close but I’ve left him out and never back Ronnie these days, I appreciate his ability but think he gets overrated by the bookies the majority of times

Alright Nathan,

I feel Ding and Trump should be competing really mate with the talent!! How do you rate the chances of Higgins or Williams after their resurgences over the last year? One man I’ll definitely be having a bash on who’s been there and done it is Shaun Murphy at 28/1!!! 16 and 20 in other places. Also could be worth keeping an eye on the likes of your Carter’s and Walden’s as well to see if they can get their best snooker back pre tourney?

Last night Real PPSG was a cracker. The diving and theatricals were top draw and would have graced the final itself. I backed Real (after timing at its best) so was fairly happy but they were lucky.

I’ve taken the 17/20 on PPSG to win the same fixture at home. They may not get through the tie but I think they will win this match
