    Poor old Shake The Bucket.

He was an absolute favourite to Friday night punters in all the pubs in Ireland.

They would say sure we have to back the bucket.

He was a favourite of my father who is a fiver/tenner man.

He backed him one night when he came in at 16s.

He was a real star to his connections and punters.

If there ever was a thing like a horses funeral, the congregation would be packed with his loyal fans.

    May he RIP

    Gutted with this news.

He was a proper favourite of mine. I didn’t put him up too often, but he always went in my perms etc on quieter days, and he did me a favour more than once.

    Cracking horse.
