Not sure if Nathan’s Haribo Challenge is still running but you could have won yourself a prize. :good: Jac

Thank you for indulging an absurdly-conceited man, Jac.

You probably qualify for some sort of care in the community award for so doing.

    If not, you ought to.

Once again, the wolf was kept from the door and one’s head remained above water – it was hot food for dinner tonight!

No one ever offended me by offering me Haribo (or money) so if Nathan wants to offer me a bag, I won’t say no!

Lol Ian .. I could have done with a bit of care myself at Newmarket this afternoon when I got to the 5th Race of the day without backing a winner and then the tail swishing filly Lakota Sioux came home for me in the Sweet Solera and in the next Mitrosonfire sailed in at 13/2. The day was saved but sadly not enough points to beat Mike007 in the Semi Final of the Daylight..I could almost hear him shouting ‘Get In’..

Now after that build up and before I get a Yellow Card from Nathan I have to burst your bubble a little as I believe one of your horses the fantastic Little Big Bear was under 2/1 SP which makes him ineligible for the Starmix Challenge..sorry Ian it’s been so long since anybody won I forgot the rules.. Jac

Didn’t realise it’s been 3 years since you stopped your Starmix challenge, Nath. Thought I was going to do it a month ago when I had 2 decent price winners.

You've got to accentuate the positive.
    Eliminate the negative.
    Latch on to the affirmative.
Don't mess with mister in between.

Haribo is the work of The Devil, anyway.

I already have enough trouble as it is, as the strawberry laces at Waitrose positively call my name every time I somehow find myself walking down that sweets and chocolate aisle.

Sweets or no sweets, that’s very good picking. Hope you backed them in a patent or similar style bet. Very sweet, Ian. :-)

Jac, I don’t trust our postman, anyway probably scoff the lot before they get delivered. :yahoo:

It was a particularly good day, RR – not least because I got 33/1 Themaxwecan.

Still, you’re only as good as your last double carpet winning bet….
