VENTURE TO COGNAC Wins the Select 3 Horses Flat Tipster contest for 2017.
Well done Bobby with some terrific choices you were uncatchable in the final weeks and left us all scrapping for the minor honours.Not satisfied with winning top tipster Bobby also went on to wipe out the leading contenders for the Best Nap of the Flat Season with his amazing 50/1 WINNING NAP – DOLPHIN VISTA.
Well done Bobby and please PM me with your address as I fear I have lost it in my message system, I will then arrange for Securicor to deliver all your prizes . Perhaps you’ll then invite all us poor wee souls over for a dram or two of Jack Daniels and some Neeps and Tatties
Here are the top scorers for this Saturday, followed by the Podium position for this competition and special mention to REDRUM77 in 2nd position who was doing so well leading the competition for many weeks and to Nenni always a very consistent player in 3rd place.

******************************The Starmix Challenge – was not won in this competition so Nathan will be holding onto the prize to hopefully carry over to the next Competion which starts next Saturday 28th October 2017 and runs through to the final on Grand National Day.
I can hear all you jumps fans chomping at the bit..
although in VTC’s case he could be planning a double header I hear he’s not bad at picking a winner or two over the jumps ..Good luck everyone in the new Comp next week when we all go back to zero once more, thanks to everyone for playing, see you next week.

more than I have done over past years, but I’m sooooo looking forward to the
jumps. Great play by Red Rum and Nenni, but what about a new rule where VTC can
only pick horses with no vowels in their name……seems fair to me
Personally I’d like the jumps to flat, but when I got over a hundred points I was beginning to think I’d won. Even when VTC went 33 points ahead of me I still thought I had a chance, slim though it was. Then last week Bob picked Court Minstrel I knew the door had shut firmly and nothing but a fluke would topple him.
