What a pig of a day. Of my 3, Rather Be is brought down when cruising 3 out, boyhood 2nd at 9/1,
although well beaten, and my last, Christmas In April, folds quicker than Theresa’s brexit plans.
I’m that scunnered that I don’t even watch the last race at Cheltenham, where my 1 reserve, The
Glancing Queen, waltzes in at 16/1……I backed the rest, but I didn’t have a bean on her

Oh Graham really felt for you with The Glancing Queen and hoped you had at least backed her, it was a frustrating day and you know how I feel about watching NH racing there were so many fallers in the Gold Cup I didn’t enjoy it until the news came back that they were all safe especially Rather Be who looked amazing and was so unlucky, it was a tough race not for the faint hearted (like me).

I got lucky with my reserve Encrypted today at Lingfield and got 14/1 with Paddy P this morning. I’ve started backing all the horses I put up in comps now as a back up as I’ve been disappointed so many times like you.

Anyway well done Graham for finding such a big priced winner, even if you didn’t have a penny on, and just make sure to back all your choices from now on. Jac x
