They won’t be getting my money tomorrow- 2 impenetrable Class 6 AW handicaps on a day with good jump racing.
I predict 2 things tomorrow: low turnover and no winner, maybe that makes them happy but it shouldn’t.

What happens with the Scoop 6 now? Tote are still listing 2 Sandown races as part of the bet on their site, is it going to be cancelled for this week?

As far as I can tell, it now becomes a Scoop 3, but the bonus can’t be won.

Can anyone tell me how stakes are split today? Is it in a ratio of 7:4 win pool:place pool? I’m assuming that’s what it is and I’m also assuming the win fund carryover stands, even though I can’t find any of this covered in their rules on their hopeless website.

Can’t answer that one Glenn but am equally interested in the answer to this one- does money still go into the bonus fund from punters today, given that they can’t win it? This would appear to be the case as the bonus fund ticks up today on the Tote’s site. Doesn’t seem fair to take part of your bet to fund a jackpot you’re not allowed to win!

It says in the post that today’s bonus money is divided into today’s win and place pools.

    Carvills,

    Here’s what the rules say:

In the event of a Tote Scoop6 leg being declared void, the Tote Scoop6 will operate on the remaining legs. Should Tote Scoop6 be decided on less than six legs the Bonus Fund will not operate and that day’s Bonus Fund (excluding any carry-over, which will be rolled over to future Bonus fund(s)) will be divided equally between the Win Fund and Place Fund

Can someone remind me what the take out is from the Scoop 6 please?
Judging by the results, it’s 23%

Well, I fulfilled my ambition to win it today, pity it was only 7,700, but that was quite acceptable for a Scoop 3!

I thought it was 30% – I’m sure that the Tote pay 20% commission to bookmakers for bets taken online or via terminals in the shops – i.e 40p of every £2 line.

    Total pool was 881k
    87 winners got 7791
    Therefore net pool 677,817
    Take out 203,537.
    Percentage take out 23%
Not sure if today’s unique conditions made any difference AP.
