The ground just might be right for Samcro here, and I’ve taken 12-1

I think that the trip will suit A Plus Tard, and I’ve taken 8-1.

MELON 20/1 ew…..Nowt between him and Samcro at the festival, good race that Marsh last year……taking a chance that he will be still on the bridle turning for home, but will he have the stamina?

MELON 20\1 ew (hopefully turns up as I see Mullins stepping this fella up in trip this season)

Really interested to see if Tornado Flyer stays the trip. Really seems to be coming back to show the form of the horse we thought he could be this season. Obviously the John Durkan run (from what we know of it) was mustard and he got another form boost earlier with Castlebawn West winning the Paddy Power.

As I said he has to prove he stays the trip BUT if he does he’s a bit price both for this and there’s even a smudge of 100/1 for the Gold Cup.

I’ve played both delta work and Kemboy , I’m not convinced Kemboy either likes Cheltenham or travels well , this maybe his GC and the yard is flying

Paul Townend has chosen Allaho out of all the Mullins runners and now into 8s. Connections expecting a big run I think.

Cracking race. Would have been nice have seen Al Boum Photo here as well, but it is nice to see most of the Irish clashing here and most of the English clashing in the King George.

I like Easy Game at a big price. Won here exactly a year ago here beating Allaho, staying on strongly in the end. Also ran here strongly just denied by Faugheen in the Flogas. His run in the RSA was a bit disappointing, but he showed decent form again this season. Only 6 years old and I can see him outrunning his odds. Also like Kemboy at 10/1. He had his prep run at Thurles. Jumping seems key to him. He is reunited with David Mullins here, who steered him to victory in 2018.

    Easy Game 33/1 EW
    Kemboy 10/1

Could see Presenting Percy running well now he is with a decent trainer and I wouldn’t rule him out here.

Happy with the 50s on Fakir, fully expect him to be beat, but no way was he a 50s shot.

Delta Work for the winner, but for stardom i’d obviously like to see Indo bolt up.

Gone with Easy Game 4 places ew at 33/1 with betfair.
Trainer in great form, form figures of 1-2 at Leopardstown and track suits him, has never been beaten in his career when running in the month of December, ground is ideal, beat his shorter priced stablemate Allaho on this card last year, a 6yo has won 4 of the last 5 runnings, could end up following Al Boum Photos path of falling at the last in the RSA and going on to win the Cheltenham Gold Cup the following year.

Main dangers for me are Percy and Delta but not betting them and will take my chance with this hugely overpriced horse and think he has a cracking chance today at ridiculous odds.

Delta Work ticks all the boxes and can get 13/2 on 365, I’d have priced at 7/2 personally.

A mention as you can get Tout Est Permis at 80’s ew which I think is way too big. Will run his race been prepped over hurdles – of course could easily find 6/7 too good but worth a little bet if can get extra places.

A Plus Tard was touted as a world beater not long ago and I’ll take a chance on him here.

Jett is here to drop his mark further ahead of the National, however I can’t resist 140/1 four places and 125/1 five places.

I’ve also done a combination tricast with A Plus Tard, Minella Indo and Delta Work for a little fun.

Allaho and the good old reliable Melon ew for me. I agree with Robbo’s comments about Easy Game and would have added him if there was any good in the going description but have left him for now as think he’s quite ground dependent.
