Was hoping to see Dingo Dollar in here, think the race is tailor made for him, but the entry for The Becher is a worry. Equally, I didn’t want to see The Ferry Master in there, but I suspected he would be. Tough decision to split this pair, but at the price, I can’t let Dingo pass at this price, even with the doubts. The Ferry Master is also huge at 9’s, and I’d settle for 5’s nearer the time.
There are three at big prices who appeal also, namely……
Lake View Lad 25’s
Notachance 25’s
Sam’s Adventure 50’sIt looks a decent field at this stage, but huge fan of the Thomson pair, and happy to take a chance on Dingo, as the price is mad.

November 22, 2021 at 19:13 #1568585The ferry master travelled really well in the Scottish national but prob didn’t quite get home , he may need the run but there’s def a nice race in him , understand your worry about the Ladbrokes entry but the stable won this last year and I reckon they,ll want to have another good go here

November 22, 2021 at 21:17 #1568631Really unfortunate this race falls on the same weekend as the Ladbroke Trophy – quite the clash IMO.

It's the "Millwall FC" of Point broadcasts: "No One Likes Us - We Don't Care"November 22, 2021 at 23:46 #1568659Used to be the week after the Hennessy, when at Chepstow; same day as the Tingle Creek/ Mecca Bookmakers H’cap Hurdle.
November 23, 2021 at 10:54 #1568699I believe Dingo Dollar is an intended runner in this from an article i read recently.
I’m attending so will wait to see them in the ring before having a dabble. Looks a competitive, if not stellar, renewal.
November 26, 2021 at 18:58 #1569189Not so many progessing types in this races. I’ll go for Aye Right at 6/1. Second in the Ladbrokes Trophy from 150 last year and he is now running of 151. Had a ‘warming-up’ over 2m a month ago.
Aye Right 6/1
November 26, 2021 at 19:22 #1569195I’ve went with Notachance at 14-1. I think that he is definitely overpriced and that he can get involved here.
November 26, 2021 at 19:42 #1569206As Ian Davies says, why in the same of god is this on the Hennessey weekend?
BUY THE SUN
November 26, 2021 at 19:48 #1569210I can’t see the Scottish horses getting to Newcastle the way things are, unless they’ve already travelled down. I’m near the borders and the whole house is shaking!

November 27, 2021 at 07:11 #1569296I’ll walk Sandy’s down by road from Kelso if necessary ….

November 27, 2021 at 08:34 #1569303I’m half expecting the house to do a wizard of oz, it’s like the end of the world up here ATM ! Probably dangerous to set foot outside never mind ride a horse over fences.
