Shame. Any 4yo milers for next year apart from Goldikova?

I thought this was old news.

And to answer your second point, might I suggest Aqlaam.

I think the decision for Raven’s Pass was delayed a little – I know both DoM and HTN were retirees straight after the Classic.

Paco Boy and Winker Watson might go ahead and fill a miler’s void if there is one (and if they’re still in training).

Tamayuz, Stimulation are there, and wait-and-see with the Godolphin horses – both Creachadoir and Ibn Khaldun – if they will continue on next year.

Paco Boy could be exciting next year.

Virtual, if he continues to improve, will be interesting.

Dermot Weld still has a lot of faith in Famous Name, but he might be aimed at 10f races.

Tamayuz has been retired, and I doubt we’ll see Creachadoir again. If Ibn Khaldun makes it back, I somehow doubt he’ll regain G1 winning form.

What about the fillies – will Halfway To Heaven and Nahoodh go to the paddocks? I think Natagora stays in training.

With New Approach and Raven’s Pass retired, is it that they do not want to trust Godolphin / Bin Surror? If RP does not settle he may not stay 1of again.
We all know of NA’s temperament, Bolger has done wonders with the horse.

But may be over all, both have proved themselves enough, it would be risking too much to keep them in training.

Only Zarkava rivals the form of NA’s Champion and RP will have the yanks purring over his latest performance.

    Again, understandable decision.

It is understandable but I will miss seeing this beautiful horse on the racecourse. He was a superb athelete

My guess is that they will keep Paco Boy in training because the field now looks a little more open and he is still improving. A very exciting horse IMO

They will all struggle to beat the filly. Her BC performance was breathtaking. She obviously beat Henry pretty much fair and square earlier in the season as well which tells you how good she is.

Perhaps Aidan knew and that is why Henry and the Duke went for the classic.

For those who kept faith in Ravens Pass he was always an exciting horse, and where he fully deserves his place at stud, I will miss him. A very good horse in a year of some very good horses IMO.

I don’t believe that Aidan has any say about the Coolmore operation. He runs Ballydoyle with whatever Coolmore gives him.John Magnier decides what goes to stud and what goes to Ballydoyle..

Natagora is heading for the december mare sale at Newmarket.

It doesnt surprise me that Ravens Pass is going too stud, he is at the height of his desireabilty as a stallion prospect. He is a blood good horse from a decent crop of three yearolds.
