June 21, 2023 at 17:23 #1652629I’ll go with the very simple notion of just backing the Galileos- so Peking Opera for the win and Hadrianus ew- and the one I think might be the best of the JOB trio, Etna Rosso. I liked his sire, Decorated Knight, and the trainer thinks there’s more in the locker. He’s a nice ew price, too.
June 21, 2023 at 17:25 #1652630St Vincents Gardens for me 20-1 ew 4 pls
June 21, 2023 at 17:31 #1652635Peking Opera.

June 21, 2023 at 17:43 #1652639Gutsy performance from an inexperienced horse.

June 21, 2023 at 19:43 #1652675He’s the one to beat in the leger
Looks a relentless long striding galloper who keeps getting better
Ideal late blooming leger horse
June 21, 2023 at 20:17 #1652680“He’s the one to beat in the leger”
Not too sure about that. First, he needs decent ground which he may not get in the Leger, and second the field in the Leger may be deeper.
June 21, 2023 at 20:22 #1652683Gregory is definitely the type for the race, a late-developing first-season 3yo.
And I love his pedigree – by Golden Horn out of a Galileo mare who won the Park Hill Stakes.
But I don’t think he’s had to do more than run to his OR of 110 to win today as he has and I massively doubt if 110 will be good enough to win the St Leger.
He’s going to have to pull out more improvement to trouble the likes of White Birch and Savethelastdance if they show up on Town Moor.

It's the "Millwall FC" of Point broadcasts: "No One Likes Us - We Don't Care"June 21, 2023 at 20:41 #1652689Given his profile the improvement is extremely likely
And he fits the logician, galileo chrome and eldar eldarov mould perfectly
Too short to back now anyway
My plan was to reinvest some winnings on to him in the leger pre race but they never materialised lol
