Chasing Dreams 9/2
Her debut win which was in a very good time, has been franked quite a bit.
Good Vibes gave it a right boost in the listed race on Friday.May 25, 2019 at 10:26 #1441331Am I alone in thinking that Flippa The Strippa is vastly overpriced at 20s? Won the National Stakes tidily, despite being green and running into a headwind.
Has Hills said that she won’t run here?
May 25, 2019 at 12:32 #1441373No, I had a small bet at 20/1 also. Sounded as though she will head here afterwards. 20s got to be worth it, if for nothing else other than the name is great!
May 25, 2019 at 16:06 #144140220s is indeed a cracking price. I will have some of that.
June 11, 2019 at 20:44 #1445076With Lady Pauline missing this, I’ve had a bet at 9/2 with Bet365 on Chasing Dreams.
She won her debut easily beating a subsequent listed winner. Could be pretty good.
Chasing Dreams @ 9/2
June 12, 2019 at 05:19 #1445092Added Kimari each way at 10/1 after watching his debut. Stunning performance on the clock too.
Means I go into it with an army of two:
Kimari @ 10/1 E/W
Chasing Dreams @ 9/2June 13, 2019 at 16:46 #1445223Chasing dreams now scratched from this…
June 14, 2019 at 10:24 #1445255Kimari (Likely target: Queen Mary)
It’s hard not to get excited by what Kimari achieved on debut at Keeneland in April, scorching the dirt on the way to a 15 length win over Halfmoon Reef, who herself franked the form by winning a Churchill Downs maiden next time out. As well as the visual impression created, Kimari stopped the clock over 4.5f in almost 51 seconds flat, recording an eye-popping TimeformUS speed figure of 110. If she can translate that effort to turf, Kimari will prove extremely tough to beat in the Queen Mary, and now rightly heads the market following the defection through injury of Chasing Dreams.

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!June 16, 2019 at 23:17 #1445552I quite like Kemble here at 25’s, but not enough to bet just now, with other options later in the week.
June 19, 2019 at 02:45 #1445891Added to my Kimari bet with two of the Godolphin army – Final Song and Divine Spiit.
My battalion on the day looks like this:
Kimari @ 10/1 Each Way
Final Song @ 9/2
Divine Spirit @ 11/1June 19, 2019 at 10:57 #1445917Two big ones for me each way in this crazy 28 runner QM –
Raffle Prize 25/1
Form behind Daahyeh FTO was good then won by 5L even though she went far too fast at Chester. Frankie on and drawn high, she looks very much overpriced.Liberty Beach 28/1
Won nicely at Redcar FTO coming from behind which isn’t easy to do there. Second was is good form also IMO beating Rose Of Kildare who has won twice since and she smashed her up. Trainer won the race last year with a big priced horse also. This one would be a right bet if she was drawn high but drawn 6, she’ll need to tuck over from the lower draw and come through past the front running US horses.June 19, 2019 at 11:34 #1445927Struggled with Devine Spirit as I assume Doyle has the pick between that and Theory of Time, rode them both last time out and is on the latter?
June 19, 2019 at 11:47 #1445928Think the Doylers choice may have been because DS was free to post on debut and didn’t look/feel as professional as TOT so could boil over at such a big meeting.
June 19, 2019 at 11:58 #1445933Going with 3 bombs:
Flaming Princess (50/1)
Mighty Spirit (33/1)
Flippa the Strippa (25/1)Flippa the main one.
Good luck to all.
June 19, 2019 at 14:08 #1445954Absolutely gutted that Chasing Dreams isn’t running, think she’s something special. Of the remainder I haven’t had a bet although Theory Of Time is tempting. Hope the winner is impressive to make Chasing Dreams a better price for next year’s Commonwealth Cup.
June 19, 2019 at 14:21 #1445959Theory of Time 10-1 ew 7 places for a bit of interest.
June 19, 2019 at 14:40 #1445964Dettori is sooooo good.
Cracking ride by the first three.
Liberty Beach is one to keep on side, won easily his group. - AuthorPosts
