I see that Garde Champetre is a short price for the race.
This the horse that Clive Smith nearly bought instead of Kauto Star, isn’t it?
Maybe JP will get some of his money back in this race.

Shame, was looking forward to the horse running, thought it ran well in the race until it took the wrong course, still didn’t finish far behind the winner.

Always liked Puntal.

Hope he’ll win another decent race or two before he’s done.

Puntal suffered minor injuries in the Cross Country race and it was reported in November he’ll miss the rest of the season. He’s due back in next year.
