Spot on LD. Ruby has got a couple marginally wrong this week, but if I have faith in anyone to learn form their mistakes, it’s him.
April 27, 2017 at 16:41 #1298519E/W Lil Rockerfeller @ 15/2. About time they put a strong jockey on him.
April 27, 2017 at 17:38 #1298522I haven’t been a big fan of UKWIMH this year going against him every time he’s run it seems.
But 4/1 looks a big price imo
Stuck him in my multiple which is all I do for Punchestown unless something screams out at me. It’s not a meeting I tend to do well at
Thankyou Harry
April 27, 2017 at 17:42 #1298523Brilliant result for you Graham, well deserved, and another fantastic finish, we’ve been spoiled this week so far at Punchestown.
Hope all is well Sutton Place.
April 27, 2017 at 17:49 #1298525Thanks Bobby, heart in the mouth time though. He was very brave
when NC came to him, it looked like he might have gone on and won,
but Harry fought back like the lion he is

I hope all is well with Sutton too, he’s a lovely horse.
April 27, 2017 at 17:50 #1298526What a difference a few weeks makes – initially thought NC didn’t find as much off the bridle as he looked like he was off the turn but then you see how how far they left the rest behind and you know we have seen two great horses. All goes well for next seasons Stayers Hurdle.
Sutton Place looked lame when being pulled up, fingers crossed it is not serious.
April 27, 2017 at 17:52 #1298527With all these second places Mullins keeps getting in the big G1 races, I don’t think he is going to catch Elliott for the title
April 27, 2017 at 17:53 #1298528Well done Big G and MoM. Been some brave horses in finishes this week and today suggests Harry wasn’t quite right at Cheltenham – adds to the frustration for supporters, I suppose despite clawing back some cash today.
(Ruby’s cat will already be hiding in the rafters)

He probably already left after yesterday – good news as Mick Fitz on ATR is reporting that although Sutton Place is lame, it is only slightly and not as bad as feared
April 27, 2017 at 18:11 #1298534So much for Ruby’s luck changing, pulled up after the third flight
April 27, 2017 at 18:14 #1298535Thanks for the update on Sutton Place LD73
April 27, 2017 at 18:14 #1298536I think you’re right about Harry Joe. I’ve never seen him have to get bumped along
with a mile to go as he was at Cheltenham. I don’t think he was quite right that day,
which shows how tough a horse he is to keep on for third. I wished Cheltenham had been
his day, but I can’t fault the horse as he never gave up. I know he’ll be 10 next year,
but I’d already had a punt for next year at Cheltenham before today’s run.April 27, 2017 at 22:02 #1298561Haven’t watched it yet but seems that Footpad didn’t stay. Will watch out for him over 2 1/2 next year.
April 28, 2017 at 10:36 #1298603Sickening.
Unfortunately Sutton Place could not outrun the weight of my money
April 30, 2017 at 22:12 #1299022Very pleased for you BigG, you probably didn’t collect what you would have with your fine Cheltenham call, but I hope it was some decent compensation for you.

Thanks Buckers, I was happy to see he looked like the horse I always thought he was, and
I still had faith in him, so I did quite well, but you’re right it wouldn’t have scratched
what I would have had at Cheltenham. No point greetin’ about it, that’s racing for you
