Ian, what about stats from the last 5 years, how have they done? Its common knowledge it used to be the case its not an opinion youv formed lol, but recently goes against that, multitude of multiple horses coming back time and time again and performing in it, abp,mi & apt to name only 3….

He jumped poorly today, which is what got him beat, still wasnt running a 175 figure, but ultimately, that cost him, i wouldnt be in the slightest concerned

Great race, really enjoyed that, and even more pleasing to see nobody come on claiming to have bet him

I really did want Bravemansgame to win, and I think that he’ll bounce back next year.

Goodness me A Dream To Share is some horse. I think bumpers are a pointless waste of time but that was great to watch.

I liked Ha D’or earlier in the season, but I’m not betting him at this price.

I’ve went with Andy Dufresne at 8-1, and Egality Mans at 16-1

Spent all winter backing Fastorslow…. Not a penny on tonight , I wonder if he is a Sizing John ? , to be fair to the 2nd and 3rd threy are well clear of the other two , that Ultima form may mean Rambler is a GC horse

    Thanks Kris.
Royal Rendezvous’ jumping was abysmal last time but I’m hoping it was the ground. He and Lieutenant Command are my ew selections.

I bumped into Cormack at Cheltenham and he was all over Fastorslow that day. I said to him that I just call him slow.. :rose:

I wouldn’t be too concerned about Galopin at this stage
not an ideal run but all season was geared around Cheltenham and all next season will be aswell

I doubt anyone was expecting crack 6f sprinter muharar to be siring a cheltenham and punchestown grade 1 winning bumper horse

Her bumper win was on heavy, her action suggests that’s what she wants, the form of that race hasn’t been franked and her efforts since have been indifferent- but I still can’t resist an ew on Fancy Girl.

I was there yesterday and I’ve got to say it’s everything that you could want from a day at the races. Easy to get in and out of, enough people there to create a lovely atmosphere without being mobbed.

We were in one of the restaurants and the whole day up there was fantastic. Food was lovely, service was excellent and the beers weren’t prohibitively expensive.

We had access to a balcony near the final fence and I’ve got to say it’s very very noticeable how thin the fences are! They’re not going to punish horses making mistakes!

Horses who don’t jump should not be winning jump races but that is clearly not the case! Energumene belted 2 of them yesterday and still won!

My day was a complete disaster betting wise up until the 7:10 when I took a wild stab at the horse who was 4th in the race last year but in poor form so far this. Took 80/1 for subset and genuinely thought he was coming to win the race turning for home. 3rd in the end meant I walked away slightly down on the day.

I can highly recommend it to anyone though! :good:

Thanks Green, nice to watch. I’ve got a few on tomorrow, here is a brief rundown.

415 – Coeur Sublime 14/1 – Hoping he can find his way after no show at Cheltenham. Last time he ran at Punchestown he was a very close 2nd in a Grade 1.

525 – Ashdale Bob 10/1 – 2nd in the race last year, hoping track and trip can bring the best out of him again.

600 – Lord Snootie – Unexposed over the trip, ran a nice race last time and worth an each way stab at 16’s.

Get busy living or get busy betting.

HDLG, Corach Rambler is 3 for 3 at Cheltenham. All wins at 3m1f, why not giving the GC a try?

He is a much better jumper than Ahoy Senor and more relaxed, but that’s no big feat I guess.

Im not disagreeing Ruby , he’s actually a bigger price than Fastorslow for it !!
