Hi all
Posting this as wandered if anyone had problems with them? I had regstered a debit card with them, then had my wallet stolen. Managed to re-register a new card to deposit money again with them fine.
However if I want to withdraw money from account the only card available to do this with relates to the one I lost when had my walllet stolen. Despite repreated requests via e-mail to place the new card as my withdrawl option nothing has yet been actioned. All I get is holding e-mails saying that they are busy and will look at my request when they get time. Its almost as if they want me to run down and spend all my current healthy postive balance with them without having the option to withdraw any of it!!!!
Also got a number of very "healthy", at this moment in time and I know hte season is only a third in, ante post football bets with them…. not that I’m cynical and think they may be making life difficult for a customer who looks like he has quite a good chance of winning a moderate 4 figure sum with them.
Anyone else got an account with them and had similar "challenges"

November 8, 2011 at 20:15 #376785Happy to report that this is all now sorted
Also received e-mail from B-WIN offering an apology.
Wanted to highlight this as so often companies don’t get the credit after succesfully sorting out a problem.
Also compared to a certain high street bookmaker that begins with C, BWIN have at least treated me throughout like a worthwhile customer
