Marcus Tregoning has said Askar Tau will run. I like this horse, he won me a lot of money last year! In form too after winning his last 2 races.
Aiden O’Brien has said Yeats might have his last ever run in the same race. What a victory that would be, but after twice being a beaten odds on favourite there, and having come last recently in the Irish St Leger (testing conditions though), does he have any chance?
I can’t wait to get over there now!
September 24, 2009 at 13:13 #249893The winner comes from the other side of the channel Chris – Incanto Dream
September 24, 2009 at 18:00 #249917Schiaparelli will lead them a merry dance.
September 24, 2009 at 20:08 #249940Yeats 9/4
Alandi 3/1
Kasbah Bliss 7/2
Septimus 5/1
Schiaparelli 6/1
Askar Tau 7/1
Incanto Dream 8/1
Pointilliste 10/1
Geordieland 12/1They are the first few in the betting..
Cracking line up, although I’ve never heard of Alandi, Incanto Dream, or Pointilliste.
8/1 is good each way odds for your choice Irish Stamp.
After Yeats being beaten the 2 previous years he has run I wouldn’t want to touch him at 9/4. Him just winning would be a ‘win’ for me, as I have never seen him live, and to bow out here with a win would make my weekend.
I might have an each way on Askar Tau, and will investigate Incanto Dream..
October 4, 2009 at 19:23 #12811Come on you slackers. Yeats’s last race and nobody has popped a thread up ? Alandi was still available 8’s, so for me that’s the bet to be on.
October 4, 2009 at 19:33 #251773Had shocking luck the last 3 days, but I’ve said since Thursday that my best bet of the 3 days is Incanto Dream and I’m sticking by that.
October 4, 2009 at 19:41 #251775Right Alandi….
Since the Aga Khan has won nearly ever race bar the Big one he should win this. Sticking a few bob e/w at 7/1. Lets hope he can do the business
October 4, 2009 at 19:46 #251778I’ll be tuning in to ATR to watch the filly Armure.
