the market is suggesting that love won’t be running
So it looks like a showdown between lord north and armory which is a very Dissapointing turn out
I like adeyybb a lot but he surely won’t run on this ground
Starting to wonder why they even kept love in training, shes only going to get one run in before the autumn ground the way its going
June 11, 2021 at 11:59 #1544825The market hasn’t got Love drifting much, if at all atm, and AOB says this…
“She has the option of running in the Prince of Wales’s Stakes next week or waiting for the Pretty Polly Stakes at the Curragh later in the month, but with it looking likely that the ground will be quick next week, we might just let her take her chance, as you’d be worried if you waited for the Curragh that the ground could go against her again. Right now, it looks like she’ll run in the Prince of Wales’s Stakes along with Armory. She’s never run over a mile-and-a-quarter, but everything about her would suggest that it should suit her well. We are very excited to see her back on the track”.
June 11, 2021 at 12:01 #1544826For TTF purposes I hope Lord North wins and Love just needs the run a little bit and comes 2nd.
June 11, 2021 at 12:39 #1544831I hope she does mike as have her in a few Multis
But the sea of blue on armory yesterday suggested she was an unlikely participant
Seems there’s a bit of blue for her today and some red for armory so fingers crossed
June 14, 2021 at 11:36 #1545325Good for my Multis that love is in
Question will be how fit is she, I guess the market will guide us to that
She did win the guineas first time up and will have her ground
June 14, 2021 at 17:28 #1545393If Listen has her ready she should win cosily enough against this lot on nice ground. I won’t be having an interest though.
BUY THE SUN
June 16, 2021 at 09:32 #1545736Lord North is out of the race now. Gosden chickened out again and deprived us to see a great match up.
Its not the first time Gosden has pulled out his horse fearing the opposition. He pulled out enable last year as well from Yorkshire Oaks bcoz he didnt wanted to face Love and gave a silly excuse that she dont need a hard race before Arc.
Cracksman in 2018 was striked out from King George at the last minute.
And now he removed Lord North here and giving excuse of fast ground…lol. Yeah, a horse that wins in Dubai turf will find Ascot fast…hahaha. I am sure if Love was not running here, Lord North would surely run.
John Gosden = Flats Nikky Henderson
June 16, 2021 at 10:00 #1545741Yes he won in dubai on ran very well on rattling fast ground in the breeders cup
Bit of a head scratcher that one
June 16, 2021 at 15:52 #1545814OK gonna back Sangarius one last time then I can can leave him alone forever.
June 16, 2021 at 16:14 #1545817Not much market confidence behind love
After the defection of Lord north youd have thought she’d be well odds on as she was generally 11/8
June 16, 2021 at 16:19 #1545818Great price 6/5 having some of that
Blackbeard to conquer the World
June 16, 2021 at 16:21 #1545820Love at 6/5 for me as well.
June 16, 2021 at 16:22 #1545821And me.
June 16, 2021 at 16:25 #1545822Get in!
June 16, 2021 at 16:27 #1545825Looked like 10f was a tad on the short side for her
Definitely wants 12f
Very tough performance, they queued up but never looked like getting past
June 16, 2021 at 16:27 #1545826Well done all. She was tough to dig in and a good ride too.
June 16, 2021 at 16:28 #1545828I have always said that Ryan Moore is the best jockey in the world.
Agree with Alex on SSR. How did she start odds against?
