    Lost at Taunton today.

12 years old 150/1 today, 125/1 last time out pulled up, last ran a year before that beaten 47 lengths at 66/1.

    Completely avoidable death.

I totally agree with Prong, if ever there was a horse that shouldn’t have been on a racecourse this was one, poor thing RIP Pontresina

Age old argument is if certain horses really should be in training , horse must have passed vets . Seems like a yard full of very very slow horses , not sure what people get out keeping these in training but each to their own.

The trainer gets his training fees no matter how slow they are. It’s in his interests to keep them racing.
