After just finishing listening to the Ultimate Queen Songs Top 40 I was astounded that the song Play The Game did not even reach Top 40. OK I did not pick this in my top 3 but it would definitely be Top 10 maybe even Top 5. A Top 20 hit in 1980 and a song played live in a period where they were one of the biggest and considered best live bands in the world.

Not sure if this is because I class this as an in between song. I would say classic early sounding Queen track in a phase where their music was changing – Another One Bites The Dust and Crazy Little Thing Called Love were on the same album.

Somehow Boh Rhap in collaboration with the Muppets was Top 40
