    What was the point of the BHA re-measuring the race distances of the national hunt courses in the UK, when the first meeting held at Perth since the June 1st race distances changes, Perth add 114yds to hurdles course.

    This is bound to affect the 5 people in the country who actually compile speed figures for national hunt racing, as they will have to make adjustments of just under 8.0s per race.
