Have been trying (unsuccesfully) to find a site with info re results/analysis of today’s racing at Pau – can anybody help please?
January 12, 2009 at 04:03 #203362You’ll get the results at the above website. Ten Plus. Not sure where you’ll get any analysis though.

Is Claude Charlet in the phone book?

January 12, 2009 at 22:01 #203494Thanks for the info – I’ve tried both sites but the info I’m looking for is still escaping me – it’s the last race at Pau yesterday and a horse (Anglo) named La Fleche D’Or – trying to find out if she’s OK …
January 12, 2009 at 22:16 #203501I am afraid that news of her is not good. France galop report her to have perished. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
January 12, 2009 at 22:27 #203505Thanks – oh dear – I did fear that she was no more … please can you direct me to the relevant place on the web …
January 12, 2009 at 22:47 #203508Very sorry to hear that – watched the race on RUK and it looked like one of those x-rated forward somersault falls. The camera angles changed before Richard Swainston had chance to pick up on it in commentary, but didn’t something else get brought down or fall independently at the same flight?

January 13, 2009 at 00:03 #203521France Galop site simply lists her as "mort" on the horses details page. No further details.
January 13, 2009 at 01:36 #203540Ok – thanks for your help again.
