I agree with Prufrock’s agreeing without reservation.
You see, not just a traitor, but a traitor without a mind of my own.

December 13, 2006 at 14:16 #103916Dave, I’m sensing a lot of anger. Too much Christmas shopping?
December 13, 2006 at 15:35 #103917I agree with dave jay’s last post without reservation.
December 13, 2006 at 15:37 #103918I disagree with Insomniac’s last post but with some reservations
December 13, 2006 at 16:56 #103919Not anger, bitterness or any negative .. just my sense of humour. Now the Euro has been shown up for the big disgrace that it is, its good to keep banging on about it. A bit like using old buzz words that nobody says anymore, while grinning like an imbecile.
December 13, 2006 at 17:00 #103920mmm…you mean like,
‘Tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime’
and
‘Education Education Education’
I think I’m getting the hang of it
December 13, 2006 at 17:15 #103921Could never understand why so many English people have such a deep mistrust of their fellow-Europeans. We all share the same blood, after all. I think that European political integration, of which membership of the Euro is an essential part, is a noble cause which should transcend any economic argument. If that makes me a traitor, then I’m proud to be so. Shame on this country and our timid, pathetic, visionless politicians who have elected merely to observe from the sidelines.
Surely far, far better to be a state in a European Federation than to turn us into the 51st state of the US of A, which is what Blair has seemed intent on doing. ÂÂÂ
December 13, 2006 at 19:07 #103922I agree with highflyer1’s last post with even fewer reservations than I agreed with Aranalde’s post. Or was it graysonscolumn’s post?:o
December 13, 2006 at 19:20 #103923Common Fisheries Policy; Common Agricultural Policy; Loss of control of our borders; erosion of long-standing national rights (Habeas Corpus etc. ) – and an ever-increasing bureaucracy that becomes less and less accountable to the populace. I’M AGAINST ALL THAT.
However – and this seems a difficult point for pro EU people to grasp – I am NOT anti-Europe. (Neither am I anti-American.)
December 13, 2006 at 19:50 #103924This article in today’s Telegraph is woth a pipe:-
December 13, 2006 at 20:51 #10392540% of me disagrees strongly. 40% of me is in full agreement. I am 15% undecided and 5% Plaid Cymru.
More bureaucracy, I say. Who cares about the populace? Bunch of junk-food munching, Sun reading, reality TV watching, celebrity obsessed, whingeing, illiterate, ignorant morons.
Vive la France! Vive la Forum! Vive la Guinness!

December 13, 2006 at 20:52 #103926That’s the way, Prufrock, keep ’em confused

Some corrupt unelected european politician said a while ago .. ‘if Denmark doesn’t join our Jerry Euro, then the Jutland Peninsula will break off from Germany, drift out into middle of the North Sea and sink .. truth is, quite the opposite.
A giant edible gingerbread map they’ve never really got over its a knockout.
It’ll cost about a squillion european skeckles and be made by some offisionados brother-in-law.
December 13, 2006 at 21:31 #103928What happened to the gingerbread afterwards?

January 21, 2007 at 15:44 #4382As the world stands by and there are riots in India over the Racists goings on in the BB house .. the real Facists start their campaign for Global Domination again.
Why does the European Union and the Germans in particular not like democracy. After two unsuccessful attempts to take over the world you’d have thought they had learnt their lesson ?
January 24, 2007 at 18:43 #104374Is a facist someone who says nasty things about noses?
