Number 2 is Fred Winter, and Jim Culloty is also there. Is the black and white photo Michael Scudamore?
Total stab in the dark at a Gold Cup/Grand National link, so my guess at missing jockey would be someone like Tommy Carberry or John Burke?

Nathan. Not sure Mill Reef would have stayed over 3 miles
Then the missing Jockey and the link. Chase races would be a big clue
..And there was me thinking Mill House was a character from the Simpson’s.

If the picture of Arkle and Mill House was from 64 then Willy Robinson was on the Simpson’s character and Pat Taaffe on Arkle if my ears are working properly….

Yes mate, she was a local ref in the South West and she did linesman in Championship and lower leagues a few years ago aswell
